Welcome back! This year we had the obligation to watch Halloween 3: Season of the Witch for our third annual Halloween movie commentary! This film has a bad reputation, one that it most definitely earned.
The one movie in the franchise to not feature Michael Myers as the villain, it takes place in a completely different universe and is unconnected to the other films entirely. It was originally planned that after Halloween 2, the series would become anthology based, with a new cast and premise each time. That, as you are probably aware, would not be how things turned out in the long run, with Season of the Witch garnering poor to mediocre reviews and a weak run at the box office, it would be another six years before another attempt was made to resuscitate the franchise.
But that another story for another time, for now, kick back, relax, and get ready to watch/roast what many call the worst Halloween movie ever! Enjoy!
